Gecko Management is a team of freelance credit controllers, owned and run by
Michelle Osborne. Gecko Management has the vision that with the implementation of our service philosophy, you
can protect the revenue already generated by your company.
Michelle Osborne has been in credit control /credit management for ten years,
before becoming freelance in 2008. Her experiences are diverse and range in various sized companies.
Starting in a small home publishing company and then moved onto a very large mobile telecoms corporation before immigrating
to the UK from South Africa. On arrival, Michelle continued her adventures by spending five years in the IT retail
industry before continuing into Law for two and half years. Michelle is an active member of the ICM Kent Branch and
an affiliated member to the Institute of Credit Management since December 2005. Michelle's biggest acomplishment
is that each UK company she had worked for, re-employed her on a contract basis.
Ian Buhler is a freelance credit controller with
nine years of experience in various sized companies ranging from construction, railways and retail.
Ian has a great ability to create exceptional rapports with all clients and is outstanding with problem
accounts and reconciliations. Ian is an excellent team player, but can work individually too.
Ian's greatest attribute is the ability to communicate sensitive matters to any staff member, management or
customer.
